WINTER SURVIVAL RECIPE : BŒUF BOURGUIGNON & DOMAINE DE SUREMAIN - MERCUREY 1er CRU

BŒUF BOURGUIGNON

For 2 peoples

Cook : 40 minutes

- In a large stock pot over, heat the 3 tablespoons olive oil and add 900g beef pieces in stirring often.

- Put 2 cups beef broth and one cups red wine, one onions, garlic cloves, one carrot, two mushrooms, one red pepper.

- Add the 1 teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon dried thyme and black pepper.

- Place a lid and cook until the beef is cooked through.

- Serve the beef with three steamed potatoes

To sublimate this hearty meal, we advise you a glass of Domaine de Suremain - MERCUREY 1er Cru,Les CRETS.

Les Crêts gives wines of a great finesse, rather discreet, with the aromas of currant and raspberry.
